Support the Township of Springwater as a full-time Asset Management Coordinator. Drive the development of the corporate asset management program and optimize municipal infrastructure initiatives.
In this temporary position, the Asset Management Coordinator reports to the Manager of Capital Infrastructure Delivery. You will lead the centralized asset register's accuracy, engage with stakeholders, and enhance existing asset management systems. Your expertise will help shape long-term financial planning for municipal assets across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead asset management program development and maintenance
• Ensure accuracy of the centralized asset register
• Administer RFTs/RFPs for asset condition assessments
• Optimize computerized maintenance management processes
