Asset Manager

Qualifications

Post Secondary education or two years experience in Asset Management planning and asset life‑cycles, and accounting.

Job Knowledge:

• Knowledge of LSCFN’s history, culture, demographics, goals and aspirations.
• Knowledge of a broad range of functions of all LSCFN departments and programs.
• Experience with asset management planning and implementation
• Knowledge of materials, methods, techniques, tools and equipment requirements for construction projects.
• Knowledge of vehicle, machinery, and heavy equipment maintenance and repair requirements
• Understanding of accounting principles in relation to Asset Management
• Understanding of Asset Management accepted best practices
• Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do asset life‑cycle estimates
• Experience with SAGE accounting software including asset accounting modules.
