  • Assist Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users with clear solutions
  • Deliver top-quality customer service
  • Keep accurate records of interactions

You Bring

  • Turkish C2 + English B2
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Team player, adaptable, positive attitude
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit
  • Experience is a plus, but not required
