Job Description
The Administration Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Operation and Marketing departments. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operational administration, effective contract and procurement tracking, marketing administrative support, compliance with safety documentation, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mall Operations team by maintaining records and databases, preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating with tenants and contractors, and tracking operational deadlines and follow-ups.
- Manage and maintain all operational contracts by tracking expiries, supporting renewals and amendments, ensuring proper filing, and coordinating with legal, procurement, and finance teams.
