Assistant Controller

Brighton Ski Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant Controller who loves the mountains and outdoor recreation as much as they love accounting and financial operations. This role plays a key part in supporting the resort's financial health while helping to create a positive and professional workplace for all team members. Reporting to the Controller, the Assistant Controller will support the resort’s financial strategy and partner with department leaders to ensure strong financial controls, operational efficiency, and accurate reporting while driving results.

Responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the accounting team, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting support, payroll coordination, internal controls, cash management, audits, and process improvement.
