We are seeking an Assistant Controller to manage a team and be a part of the leadership team. You will oversee daily accounting operations for our corporate departments and property accounting functions. Salary up to $130K plus bonus. • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and
financial statement preparation.
• Act a final reviewer of all property financials ensuring accuracy, completeness and meeting deadlines
• Responsible for entering and managing payroll for the entire company
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with
GAAP and industry standards.
