Team Lead – IT Staffing

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract Staffing.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients.
  • Allocate requirements, monitor team performance, and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Drive hiring metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, account managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct recruiter training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure quality candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Prepare recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring forecasts.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure timely closures.
  • Support business growth through market intelligence and talent mapping.
