Overview
Number of hours per week: 40. Shift: Day, Evening. Availability: Anytime.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager.
- Provide team members with feedback necessary for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives.
- Collaborate with the production and customer service clerks.
- Ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service in collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in retail or customer service.
- Interest in learning about this role and willingness to develop through training opportunities.
