Qualifications College degree preferably specializing in hotel management or equivalent experience is required. Two to three years of previous Spa, Rooms Division or Front Desk Management experience Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to irregular hours, weekends, evenings and overnight relief.
