A. Strategic HR and Company Culture Development
  • Reporting Structure : Report directly to the Managing Director (MD) to lead and implement the company's strategic HR initiatives.
  • Assessment of Current Practices : Analyze the existing HR strategies and policies. Collaborate with the MD to identify areas for enhancement and alignment.
  • Understanding Company Context : Familiarize yourself with the company’s history, evolution, vision, and goals.
  • Effective Communication : Clearly communicate HR policies and rewards schemes to all staff, actively seeking their feedback.
  • Personal Engagement : Conduct one‑on‑one discussions and surveys to gather constructive feedback for improvement programs.
  • Open Communication Channels : Facilitate an open line of communication between staff and leadership on behalf of the MD.
