Requirements:
Qualification: BBA / MBA
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive factory housekeeping strategy to elevate workplace standards and hygiene.
Proactively enhance the quality of all administrative services (e.g., catering, maintenance, transport, hostel) based on stakeholder feedback.
Oversee the daily collection, segregation, and disposal of all industrial waste in full compliance with environmental regulations.
Ensure 100% compliance with all HSE, administrative, and security policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Develop and deliver mandatory monthly safety and security training programs for all administrative staff to foster a culture of vigilance and preparedness.
