About the role

As Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery – Bathgate Farm, you will support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business and lead the team to success. You will motivate staff to deliver an excellent guest experience and mentor individuals to be their best.

Key responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not available.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service that they can be proud of.
• Serve as a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to create moments that wow guests, encouraging repeat visits.
