Summary: Support design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking, salary reviews, and reward analytics, Annual Bonuses, Compensation structure. Responsibilities: Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis Support annual merit, bonus, and salary review cycles Manage compensation structures, job evaluation, and pay positioning Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills (incl. VBA, automation) Experience in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Attention to detail and high data accuracy Good understanding of compensation frameworks and market practices Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits.
