Please find the JD. Role - Assistant Manager- Travel Operations Location - Gurgaon Responsibilties- Issuing tickets as per the client's requirements. Manage all transactions related to non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance, all non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance. Ensure client SLA’s are met. Drive PLB carrier sales. Ensure all supports are uploaded to the iBook. Ensure Nil billing pendency. Extend support for submission by providing all correspondence mail. Handing personal bookings of clients. Coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings. Achieving Revenue and transaction targets as defined by the business. Coordinating & negotiating with hotels and suppliers. Sub activities related to transaction, including invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation.
