Assistant Manager - IT Security

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Server & Vuln Security domain, including engineering operations, BAU activities, break‑fix support, incident management and project involvement.
• Lead daily engineering and operational activities for Server & Vuln Security and manage the L1, L2, and L3 teams.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and timely response to security/operation alerts escalated from the Next Gen Security Operations Center (NSOC).
• Act as the primary escalation point for Server & Vuln Security incidents, managing break‑fix activities and coordinating with vendors for timely resolution.
• Develop, review, and maintain first responder playbooks and Server & Vuln Security standard operating procedures.
• Participate in Server & Vuln Security projects, including onboarding new security solutions and implementing upgrades.
