Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide leadership and coaching to ensure delivery of the service model standards to each customer.
    • Lead the B2B commercial business function including order entry, management and coaching the team for accurate and timely ordering and delivery.
    • Offer an omni‑channel experience, including in‑store eCommerce sales and fulfillment of eCommerce orders within defined service levels.
    • Support the customer experience through timely processing and movement of inventory to the sales floor.
  • Operations
    • Implement, communicate and ensure compliance with all operating procedures, processes and policies.
    • Manage scheduling and follow‑up of execution on shipping/receiving, eCommerce fulfillment operations, cash management and operations systems & compliance.
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual inventories.
