Assistant Manager, People Operations

As the Assistant Manager, HR People Operations, you will be a driving force behind NFC's efficient, accurate, and compliant HR shared services. Operating critically as the first line of defence in our risk management framework, you will directly own, implement, and manage HR operational controls at source.
This role is essential to delivering a flawless employee experience while championing robust governance and operational excellence. You will safeguard the organization by maintaining strict adherence to employment regulations and internal policies, while actively leading continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our internal controls and HR service delivery.
