Assistant managers for a brand-new burger franchise on Staten Island. Energetic individual with 2 years of fast-food burger management experience. And the ability to motivate, train a fast, fun, and friendly team. Additional training provided. Bilingual a plus.

Additional training provided. Compensation according to talent and skill set. Starting at $65,000.

The assistant manager needs to be responsible for:

• Keep the store clean.
• Encourage staff while teaching, training, coaching, and motivating the team.
• Help the manager where needed.
• Do inventory.
• Act as manager if needed when the manager is absent.
• Available to work when needed.
• Strong willingness to work and learn.
• Clean equipment.
• Willingness to learn and teach.
