Job Description

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions

Required Candidate Profile

  • Assistant Manager: 2+ years (handling 3–4 Team Leads having 80+ agents)
  • Team Lead: 2+ years (having 20–25 members in team)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Present in Delhi/Noida
