- Primary point of contact for end-user support — onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting, training
- Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Exchange, Teams, Azure AD, Intune, Defender)
- Office network support — Wi‑Fi, router, and VPN administration
- IT asset procurement and vendor management
- AV equipment support and IT subscription management
- CCTV and access card system administration
- Business continuity planning and ad‑hoc operational support
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- 3–6 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in Microsoft 365 administration and 2 years in end‑user support
