Job Description

Looking for individuals who can support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth functioning of a department and/or store. Key responsibilities include training employees, creating schedules, inventory management, handling customer service issues, and driving sales to meet company goals. They act as a bridge between staff and senior management, filling in for manager as needed. Experience required.

+ Strong ability to handle on the spot issues and operational challenges

+ Strong ability to motivate staff and delegate tasks

+ Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and customers

+ previous experience in a supervisory role
