Job Title: Assistant Manager - Operations (Warehouse)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations to manage and streamline end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for a fast-paced D2C/eCommerce business. The role involves overseeing inventory management, inbound and outbound operations, order fulfillment, team handling, and coordination with 3PL and transport partners to ensure seamless operational execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, GRN, inventory control, order processing, returns, and dispatch management
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, reconciliation, and process adherence
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to OTIF, TAT, SLA, and productivity targets
