Assistant Manager/Manager, Engineering & Facilities Management

Responsibilities Manage engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant building performance. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lifts & escalators). Manage vendors, term contracts, and contractors, ensuring service quality and cost effectiveness. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements. Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning. Lead facilities-related projects, upgrades, and improvement works. Utilize data analytics to monitor asset performance, energy consumption, and maintenance trends to drive informed decision-making. Support sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and ESG-related improvements.
