Job Responsibility

  • Providing pre and post sales and service support to customers to meet the objectives of the department
  • To coordinate the activities of fellow service engineers and technicians with respect to attending service calls and issue resolution
  • Systematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely manner
  • Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers
  • Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customers
  • Support Projects and A&A works as required by the management.
  • Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation base
  • Train and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
  • To be the point of contact for management for updates on issue resolution and team activities coordination
