Assistant Project Manager – Facilities Services

Responsible for overseeing small and large projects in an active hospital environment, managing all stages from pre‑construction to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall project management for projects from pre‑construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage all facets of a project, taking direct accountability for delivery to meet and exceed established goals including scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality, and risk.
  • Interact with and coordinate consultants and contractors, providing direction on behalf of the owner.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day contractor work at the site.
  • Plan and coordinate all health and safety aspects required for project completion.
