Job Description
Control Schedules & Resources . Set realistic schedules for assigned projects & monitor progress for on-time completion . Attend project kick-off meeting & project de-brief . Check for available resources (production & sub-con teams) and assign work scopes efficiently
Project Execution, Monitoring & Quality Assurance . Site management including night works . Understand thoroughly the design & concept of ID drawings for site execution . Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors & internal departments to ensure on-time project completion . Attend all related project / site meetings & site inspections . Conduct QC checks to ensure fixtures production are done according to client's specifications . Prepare weekly project progress reports for client . Participate in drawings & technical discussions with design & production team
Takeover & Handover of Projects . Attend site takeover inspection & prepare report . Attend completion handover inspection & prepare report ....
