Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily site operations and project progress
  • Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, consultants & authorities
  • Monitor work progress, quality, safety & documentation
  • Attend site meetings and prepare reports when required
  • Ensure project runs according to schedule and requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in construction/site management
  • Familiar with JKR project procedures & documentation
  • Able to handle site coordination independently
  • Good communication & leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge on structure, civil, architecture and m&e
  • Familiar and excellent in construction drawing
  • Problem solving and good analytics thinking
  • Willing to work in Penang
