Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, solutioning team, project management, to gather necessary information for proposal development. Go through requirements to identify and strategize with Department Manager to close all maintenance gaps. Prepare proposals that meets all requirements, emphasize organizational strengths, and differentiate from competitors. Collaborate with the bid team to ensure bid is compliant, accurate and competitive. Prepare for tender clearance with BU head prior to pricing submission to Sales team Manage time effectively to meet tight proposal submission deadlines.
