Job Description

  • Account Servicing: Manage client accounts by understanding, anticipating, and executing client transactions accurately.
  • Client Support: Attend to client queries and review, investigate, and resolve client enquiries and issues.
  • Transaction Processing: Process banking and investment transactions for clients in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Information & Reporting: Provide clients with account-related information and collate reports as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the team with ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
