Job Description

A 5* 200 roomed hotel with restaurant (serving buffet breakfast and a la carte lunch and dinner) seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager meeting the following specifications:

  • Matric Essential
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years hotel restaurant management or supervisory experience in a city hotel with over 150 rooms
  • Must have worked in 4 or 5* hotels in either a restaurant supervisory or assistant restaurant manager role, within the past 2 years
  • Strong guest relations and f&b service skills
  • Shift and weekend work applies
