Job Description
· Minimum 3 -5 years experiences in sales of M&E related product to construction site.
· Lead day-to-day sales execution, supporting the team to achieve monthly revenue and margin targets
· Coach and enforce prospecting activity, including cold outreach, site visits and appointment setting to build new opportunities
· Manage and grow key existing accounts, including upselling, repeat orders and handling escalations when required
· Review and guide quotation strategy (scope clarity, pricing discipline, margin control) and support negotiation/closing for key deals
· Coordinate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely submissions and smooth execution after award
· Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular sales reviews
· Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities, quotations and pipeline updates
