Job and Responsibilities
  • To assist in managing a team of service department, providing guidance, support and coaching as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional customer service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • To delegate tasks, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the team meets or exceed service targets.
  • Involve all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring service call to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
