Responsibilities
  • Supporting a team of professionals in Client Solutions Singapore team. Collaboration with other APAC, US, European teams
  • Managing calendars including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues on events,on-site or off-site
  • Coordinates senior management visits in close cooperation with other locations and support respective visitors if/when needed.
