- Oversee subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of construction methodologies and design.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Plan ahead to proactively address potential challenges and coordinate project phases.
- Lead by example in health, safety, and environmental protection.
- Maintain open communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
