Assistant Store Manager - Supercheap Auto Windsor

As Assistant Store Manager at Supercheap Auto Windsor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to lead and develop a team of 10–12 in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You’ll drive strong people leadership, deliver on KPIs, and ensure an engaging, safe and high‑performing store. This role suits a developing supervisor or someone with transferable leadership experience from retail or other customer‑oriented industries who’s ready to step into a formal management role
