Assistant Superintendent

Growing commercial construction and development firm of 20 years seeking a driven, and ambitious Assistant Superintendent for our Austin division team. The Assistant Superintendent’s primary responsibility is to support the Superintendent and Project Manager in the successful completion of assigned projects. The Assistant Superintendent participates in overseeing job site quality, safety, project scheduling, and communications with the project team and subcontractors from pre-construction to completion. This position reports to the Project Superintendent.

Job Description:

• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with Project Managers, Project Superintendents, project team, clients, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, and governmental agencies.
