About the role

The Supply Chain Assistant supports the efficient operation of supply chain processes by managing inventory, processing orders, and coordinating logistics for medical and office supplies and equipment. This role ensures the availability of critical items through accurate stock monitoring, timely order fulfillment, and effective coordination with vendors and suppliers. The assistant helps maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards while ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, and record‑keeping. Working closely with internal departments and external partners, the role contributes to the safe, timely, and efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies.
