Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.
  • Meet assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes in a timely and accurate manner.
