In this role, you’ll support our existing customers while also managing your own growing book of new business. You’ll help companies discover the power of swag, providing top‑notch service and leveraging our technology to make branded merchandise management seamless. A key part of this role will be becoming a SwagUp platform expert—you’ll guide customers through the ordering process, demo the platform, and troubleshoot any issues when they get stuck or errors occur.
