Job Description

An Associate Accounting Manager is a mid-level finance role that supports the Accounting Manager in overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting staff (e.g., accountants, encoders, AP/AR specialists)
• Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• Help improve accounting systems and internal controls

Qualifications
