Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated fresher to join as a Trainee Sterling Integrator Support Analyst. The candidate will assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments.
Key Responsibilities (Fresher Level)
Monitor and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Sterling File Gateway environments
Assist in troubleshooting failed file transfers, mapping errors, and connectivity issues
Work with logs and dashboards to identify root causes
Assist in testing integration workflows, map changes, and small configuration changes in staging/pre‑production.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Be available for shift/rotational (24/7) support as per project requirements.
