Associate Designer (Design Standards & Workflows)

We are seeking a creative and system-oriented Interior Designer/Architect to bridge the gap between high-end workplace design and technical execution. While your primary lens is design standards and excellence, you will also be a member of the Design Technology team, helping to codify our design language into repeatable Revit-based standards. Unlike a traditional BIM manager, your priority is ensuring our Design and Build projects reflect the Awfis aesthetic while utilizing smart, automated BIM workflows. Key Responsibilities Design Standard Development: Translate design concepts (finishes, furniture, and spatial typologies) into standardized Revit libraries and templates.
