Associate Director, Manufacturing Engineering

Pratt & Whitney Canada is hiring a seasoned Manufacturing Engineering Lead to spearhead the design‑ready production of turbomachinery components. The position is full‑time, based in Longueuil with on‑site hours, and involves leading a global team of manufacturing experts across Canada, Poland, and other international partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multinational team of manufacturing experts to address producibility across current and future engines, focusing on Manufacturing Engineering Parts of Concern (WIM-1048).
• Create and implement methods, tools, and metrics that enable manufacturing‑ready designs, targeting Zero Non‑Conformance (ZNC) on‑time, repeatable deliveries at target cost.
• Approve manufacturing aspects of engineering drawings within the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
