Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in Training & Quality, strong stakeholder management, data driven decision making, and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise level Training & Quality functions supporting thousands of headcounts and multiple concurrent programs across geographies.
  • Experience with transformation initiatives (e.g. AI enabled learning, automation), client facing exposure, and change management, highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
