Performing schedule maintenance, consumable changes and troubleshooting on CMP tools Collaborate with Process team to maintain & improve module KPI - Assisting tool owner in projects and qualifications Working in a team to maintain tool up time and quality Other Responsibilities: - Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
