Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg)

We are seeking a motivated individual to be Test Product Engineers in various key areas.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide Manufacturing Support/Sustaining by addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Contribute to Cost Reduction initiatives such as Yield Improvements and Test Time Reductions by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Handle Material Disposition to ensure accurate and efficient movement of materials.
• Perform Manufacturing Control Hit Validation to ensure proper disposition and handling of materials.
• Monitor and enhance Product Performance by collecting and analyzing data to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Support New Product Releases by coordinating with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing and quality assurance teams to meet release requirements and timelines.
• Provide Failure Analysis Support by investigating and resolving issues promptly.
