Associate IT Support Engineer

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an Associate IT Support Engineer to join our team in Montreal, Canada!

*This is a part-time (20 hours per week/4 hours per day) hybrid role*

**Must possess valid legal authorization to work in Canada**

Candidates must reside in the Greater Montreal Area and be willing and able to travel occasionally to Toronto, Vancouver, or other Canadian offices when on-site intervention is necessary. This role also provides remote support coverage for Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Daily IT and Network Operations
  Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and VPNs) to ensure stable connectivity.
• Manage basic server environments and administer office collaboration platforms (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure AD).
  Employee Technical Support (L1/L2)
