Associate, Process Excellence

To keep C1PH sustainably well‑managed, the Associate will assist in working with the process owners and managers to optimize processes, design effective business controls, and help create an environment that promotes excellence. This will require a good understanding of business objectives, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and application of process improvement and change management skills. The Associate will develop rapport with others and recognize their concerns, build and maintain long‑term associations based on trust.
