In this advisory role, you’ll be a trusted resource for both managers and employees, helping navigate workplace issues and ensuring compliance with legislative standards. Your background in employee relations and human resources enables you to efficiently address performance management, workplace accommodations, and conduct thorough investigations. Additionally, you will design and facilitate informative HR seminars for management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investigations on harassment, discrimination, and fraud
• Advise on performance management and disciplinary actions
• Prepare investigation files for settlement discussions
• Design HR seminars and presentations for management
• Collaborate with the People Experience Senior Manager for improvements
