The opportunity

As our Manager, you’ll leading teams and supervising junior staff, collaborating with Audit Senior Managers and Partners. Key capabilities include meeting stretch targets, coaching and encouraging junior staff, effective communication, and project management. The Audit Manager anticipates risk, teams effectively across EY and identifies opportunities to enhance trust, focusing on:

  • Overall audit quality, building deep relationships, and value creation through independence and client understanding.

  • Account strategy and delivery, maximising the possibilities from data and technology. 

  • Higher risk and complex audit procedures. 

    • Our objective is to deliver exceptional service and high-quality results to our target markets, and foster stimulating careers for our employees. Within Assurance, the Audit Manager oversees the Audit staff's work to help us achieve this objective.
